ILA Capital was founded in September 2015 with a focus to bring research-based investing to the marketplace lending space. Founders, Lauren Cohen, Tom Grant and Chris Malloy, began looking for ways to provide investors with a research-driven strategy to invest in this new and growing asset class.
What they found was a new asset class that offered investors short duration investing but with high yields and risks that could be understood and quantified. ILA Capital uses machine learning and artificial intelligence to build portfolios with an objective of achieving higher yields with less risk. As the marketplace lending space grows, ILA Capital is committed to developing research-driven strategies to offer investors unique opportunities.
